Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "7777ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 7777ph online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7777ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 7777ph platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, wagering, promotional, and ancillary services made available through the 7777ph platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive offered by 7777ph to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 7777ph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 7777ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 7777ph accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access to the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on 7777ph, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 7777ph:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from 7777ph or any affiliated platform;
• Individuals who have been excluded from gaming by order of a competent authority;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of 7777ph or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 7777ph. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 7777ph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any Bonus balances without prior notice.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7777ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 7777ph immediately by contacting our customer support team.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

7777ph is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

7777ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or fraudulent documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 7777ph may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

7777ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other banks participating in the InstaPay and PESONet networks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

7777ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. 7777ph is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

7777ph aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. 7777ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

7777ph is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. 7777ph reserves the right to request additional documentation from Players where transactions give rise to suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 7777ph are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute differently toward the wagering requirement — contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7777ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 7777ph reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

6.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions on 7777ph are available to eligible registered Players only. 7777ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected by its subsequent withdrawal, provided they continue to comply with the applicable terms.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 7777ph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 7777ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;

7.3 System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, 7777ph reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players concerned. 7777ph is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

7777ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 7777ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy and Data Protection

7777ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account on 7777ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 7777ph Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 7777ph

7777ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Conduct that 7777ph reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or the integrity of its games;
• Receipt of a direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed by 7777ph due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the Player subject to the completion of any required verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to 7777ph.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 7777ph platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 7777ph customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7777ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Amendments

7777ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7777ph will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the 7777ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
