7.3 Business Transfers

- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution;
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of the consent given;
- Technical and device data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for longer for security or fraud investigation purposes.
When personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, 7777ph will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

Data Security

Your Role in Security: While 7777ph takes extensive measures to protect your data, you also play an important role. Keep your account password confidential, use a strong and unique password, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
